The government has placed over 14,300 migrant toddlers and children in detention. Associated Press spoke to Tahirih Atlanta Executive Director, Shana Tabak, about the migrant kids program.

“The programs vary wildly from place to place,” said Tabak. “The federal government has taken a haphazard approach to caring for these human beings.”
