Archi Pyati, Tahirih Chief of Policy and Communications, writes a letter to the editor of the Wall Street Journal on the new asylum regulations proposed by the administration. If implemented, the regulations would effectively shut down the asylum system.
Pyati writes:
We are experiencing yet another targeted attack on immigrant communities and a culmination of racist and xenophobic policies that have built an invisible wall at our borders.
