Tahirih is disappointed by the decision of the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit to keep the ‘Remain in Mexico’ policy in effect while it reviews the District Court’s preliminary injunction.

Tahirih is deeply concerned about the likelihood of new regulations pursuant to the presidential proclamation on April 29, which describes measures that will make it nearly impossible for asylum seekers to access the rights to which they are entitled under international and domestic law.
